on the road again

So, here we are in NW Arkansas and having a great time already! It took us about 20 hours to get here driving straight through. The girls did real well for the long ride! Some dvd's and some snacks and we didn't here a peep out of them with the exception of the occasional potty break request! When we arrived, we ate dinner at one of our favorite restaurants and then took a trip through the neighborhoods where we used to live so we could show the girls. We then went to our friend's house and had a nice evening visiting with them. They kept our girls overnight so they could play with their children on Sunday morning. Mike and I slept in on Sunday and then went out to buy him some work shoes at his favorite shoe store. Off to meet the girls at our friend's house and then had lunch and dinner there as well. What a great day visiting and shopping it was. Now we're back at the hotel getting ready for some sleep.
