Our girls had a four day weekend out of school so what better place to visit than --- Disney World! Mike had to work so we made it a "girls weekend out" with just me and the kids. We had a blast and honestly, it was easier than I thought it would be. I was apprehensive about taking them myself but in the end, I was so proud of how well behaved they were! We stayed over at Disney's Pop Century Resort. They loved it. Then we got up early and were some of the first people in the park! How cool to walk around with no one else there! We rode Big Thunder Mountain twice and then headed over to Tom Sawyers Island (it opens an hour after the park does). There we found the hidden paintbrush which was so cool. Shhh, don't tell anyone but if you find the paintbrush and bring it to the raft driver, your family gets a nice surprise! We ended up with day-long fastpasses for Thunder Mountain (which we went on 4 times) and Splash Mountain (which we went on twice). How cool is that? We had an awesome time and can't wait to do it again soon!
